Lovely house and great location.

Only concern was that the owners who live next door came and checked in on us one evening when we had a few other family members over after we had gone out for dinner. They did this by coming to the door asking if we needed more towels. The house has plently of towels and it just made us all feel uncomfortable. Like we were being watched. Aside from this. It is in a great location with excellent features. The owners provided the basics in the pantry.

Really sorry to hear you felt that way re - checking in on you. When you messaged us and asked if it was ok for your son to stay for a few nights we automatically thought (when we found a used towel on our front door step after us being out most of the day ) that you required more towels, hence why I knocked on the door with two clean towels in hand. At no time were we checking up on you, just making sure you had everything you needed.
In our greeting when booked we inform all our guests that if required during your stay we are right next door so that you know we are close by if required. We never normally knock on the door when guests are staying and strive to give our guests the utmost privacy at all times.

The location was fantastic. We could get everywhere very easily. The internet was slow which is something that could be improved. It was great to have a secure garage. The stove worked well and there were quality cleaning products provided. It was great to have cooling. A nice place to stay.

Great accommodation

Clean, spacious and comfortable.

Great location and well thought out property. A great base for touring and then cooking dinner.
Publié le 2 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe would use this again. Nice and spacious and great having x2 bathrooms. Two great meals cooked and we enjoyed a wine upstairs in the alfresco area watching the sunset. My only suggestion- a couple of extra towels. 1 each never seems enough!!!
