Situated within the Silverwoods Estate, this newly built home is nestled among the lush greens and peaceful streets of the Black Bull Golf Course. Just a short walk to the clubhouse with views of the golf course from the front door, this home provides the perfect getaway for families, golfers and holidaymakers alike.
Styled to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment Hyland Hideaway has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.
With 4 Bedrooms, 2 spacious open plan living areas, outdoor entertainment area and a triple garage to store your car, jet ski or boat there is ample room to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquility and memorable times Yarrawonga has to offer.

THE SPACE DEFINED:

Huge Master Bedroom – King size bed + bunk bed (single on single), walk in robe with ensuite leading into small private deck.

The Black Bull Golf Course
Located on the edge of beautiful Lake Mulwala golfers visiting this part of the Murray, will be able to enjoy the efforts put in by course Architects Peter Thomson, Ross Perrett and their brilliant design team. These exquisitely landscaped holes, which are wrapped around the waters of Lake Mulwala have been designed to excite the imagination and test players of all levels, from the Pro to the novice alike. Undulating fairways, sculptured bunkers and contoured greens that run true, this course will excite all. The Black Bull is also now the home of the Victorian Senior Open and won the PGA award for this event. Ranked No.56 in Golf Australia’s Top 100, Black Bull is now the highest ranked course on the Murray and a definite must play course.

Our family get-away weekend was to celebrate special events and this Yarrawonga home was perfect - A home away from home. The house was spacious, clean, good appliances, good linen, well ventilated rooms and the property is not far from the town centre and Gail was very prompt in her response and very helpful. We definitely would return and have a longer stay.

Lovely, modern, clean & spacious home. Thoughtfully presented in a peaceful & relaxed residential area of the silverwoods golf resort. Perfect for our group of friends to catch up, sit at the table on the deck or lounge on the outdoor setting with the large umbrella.
