I booked a standard room with double bed on arrival I was allocated small room with single bed.
Not happy.

The only thing I didn't like was I didn't have cutlery in the room to eat meals I purchased late at night after the pub had closed and walking through the smokers area as a non smoker was very disgusting so as I walked up the stairs to my room. Otherwise the room was fantastic

This is a list of what was missing from my room to be classified a motel.
Bathroom door, security chain on door, bedside table, bedside light, easy acceess to car. No hot water in the bathroom the day I departed. There is no email contact on the property website.

The pictures show a ground floor motel style room where you park out the front but that accom is not used. We were accommodated upstairs in a hotel type room that was very small. TV had limited free to air channels. Bed was comfortable though
