Le seul souci:
Chambre disponible à partir de 15h . Impossibilité de déposer les bagages avant. Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h....

Great service at a great price

Good for the price
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was cheap, the room was fine but being in the attic was extremely hot due to weather. Staff helpful. Unfortunately breakfast was ruined by an individual that thought it was acceptable to have his headphones on whilst in a conversation for the whole of breakfast annoying everyone despite several hints to stop. Would have been nice if the staff asked him as it was obvious.

It had a traditional feeling about it. No lift to our part of the hotel (2nd floor) which was very inconvenient. Bathroom shower was very weak as was the toilet flush. Basin waste plug got stuck and we had to call the proprietor to release it. No AC but fan was provided which was a great relief. No safe in the room - you can leave stuff in the office safe.

Brilliant staff
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsAlthough the hotel is a little dated the room was very good with a spacious bathroom but the main thing about the casa hotel is the brilliant staff from check in to service at every point you were met with a friendly face willing to help
