The hotel was convenient for our visit for Kyushu Three Day March.
The staff were helpful, though their English was limited. The room was compact.
We found the bed was very hard. The size of the bathroom was a challenge for Europeans

Booked a single and double room and the double, which I paid much more for, turned out to be smaller. Had to bring staff member to the room to show them.. I would think they should know this. Was given a larger room but still not much space to put things. Typical maybe for this kind of place.
Restaurant buffet was excellent and the ofuro a nice amenity. Staff was pleasant and place is tidy..which is typical of Japan.

Hotel quite far from the nearest station.

The bath towel they provided was wet! Other than that, everything else was fine.
