The property is in a perfect location and the outside of the property is looking good. However, the onside of the property is not well maintained and cleaned out. The clerks are not trained as professional so they do not deliver welcome feeling to us.

The outside looks so much better than the inside. Bathroom floors were cracked. Stove was broken but at least it works. Again, outside is well kept than the inside.

시설은 좋으나 더러움...

입실 후 바닥을 보니 과자 부스러기 등 그대로 있어서 바닥 다시 청소 요청함. 환풍기 사용했다가 기름이 떨어져서 매운탕을 버림... 강아지 동반 객실도 있던데 1층 내리자마자 강아지가 달려들어서 견주와 마찰이 있었음. 강아지 동반 객실을 계속 운영할거면 강아지 동반 객실로만 운영되는 동을 별도로 운영하길 바람. 객실 구조나 시설은 좋았음

1. 리조트 주변 온 산을 골프장 확대공사로 인해 미관도 않좋고 먼지가 많음 2. 야간에 진입하는 5킬로 정도가 가로수도 없어, 안전에 불안감이 컸음 3. 욕실에는 치약 등 세면세트는 없는 것을 이해할 수는 있으나, 컵도 하나 없었음
