Memorable stay at Grand Palace Hotel in Yercaud
Publié le 22 mai 2019 sur HotelsWe stayed for two nights at this hotel and were greatly impressed by its location, the spectacular views from its front entrance, dining room, the balcony of our room and most of all from its swimming pool. The food was excellent. But what impressed uis most was the staff, always smiling, couteous and helpful (both my wife and I are over 80 years of age). Those who were most helpful to us were Balaji, Nrtihya, and Majula. The only facility the hotel lacks is an elevator. Nonetheless, we indeed to go back to it for a longer stay before the end of the year.

Wonderful staff, especially Vijaya Kumar and Vanitha at the restaurant and Nithiya at the front desk. Lovely grounds with great views and an infinity pool -- Feels like you're in heaven. Decent wi-fi this time around, and the rooms seem better.

Disappointing and overpriced!
Publié le 24 oct. 2017 sur ExpediaI had booked a stay of 4 nights but checked out after 2 nights. The hotel was noisy and we couldn't get hot water at night. It wasn't a pleasant stay. The only redeeming factor was the excellent service of the staff members.
