Very run down

Georgeous view
Posted Mar. 1, 2019 on HotelsThe strength of this property is it’s gorgeous background. The hotel overllooks a beautiful valley- a sight to behold. Staff, service, food and cleanliness need improvement. It is not senior-friendly. Neither is it good for guests with a disability.

Generally OKay, but not very happy.
Posted Aug. 6, 2018 on HotelsDidnt get a room with a view to the valley. Booking via Hotels.com for a Sterling Holiday Resort room perhaps was a not great idea because of this. Staff are pleasant but said they didn't have rooms which we desired.
