Very run down

Pleasant Stay
Publié le 27 janv. 2020 sur HotelsOverall good stay with 3 familys with childrens . break fact so good lot of varieties . Receptionist Deepa very friendly and kind staffs are good. food cost is so high so we gone for out side.. The view of sterling you never get any were its so beautiful .

Georgeous view
Publié le 1 mars 2019 sur HotelsThe strength of this property is it’s gorgeous background. The hotel overllooks a beautiful valley- a sight to behold. Staff, service, food and cleanliness need improvement. It is not senior-friendly. Neither is it good for guests with a disability.

Generally OKay, but not very happy.
Publié le 6 août 2018 sur HotelsDidnt get a room with a view to the valley. Booking via Hotels.com for a Sterling Holiday Resort room perhaps was a not great idea because of this. Staff are pleasant but said they didn't have rooms which we desired.
