Horrible experience!
Publié le 19 juin 2023 sur HotelsWe lost Electricity, Wifi multiple times and requested a Micr owave but manager refused to give us a microwave.
Also he asked for cash payment and I paid him for the full stay upfront but he did not give us a receipt.
Last day he was asking for more money. The manager is a crook. be aware!

Scammers!!!! as soon as they arrived with them there were problems with whom they dealt with, everyone complained about them, because they wanted to deceive everyone and not pay for the services they used. Because of them, I had to get into a scandal with taxi drivers whom they refused to pay. They asked to change the departure date to reduce it in order to pay less, then they wanted to extend it but not pay extra. They demanded a micro wave which we do not have. Contacted Hotels.com to block their booking.

a good trip
