une excellente adresse à yerevan, situation idéale

je suis resté 10 jours dans cet hôtel, il est idéalement situé, proche du centre ville mais juste assez éloigné pour ne pas en subir les désagréments. la chambre était très bien, l'état de l'hôtel était impeccable, le ménage irréprochable, le petit déjeuner était basique mais très bien. pour ma part ce que j'ai apprécié le plus c'est la qualité du personnel de l'hôtel, vraiment à l'écoute, toujours prêt à aider, à renseigner, à converser. j'ai particulièrement apprécié la personnalité et le professionnalisme de Hasmik que je remercie vivement pour son aide au cours de mon séjour.

Absolutely perfect

It was perfect. The girls and the guy were super attentive. breakfast is sensational, perfect location. there are several restaurants around. It is very easy to go to the central station to visit other cities. loved the hotel, yerevan and armenia

Met low guest there

Upstairs,made sound,I tell a man in the reception, I think his attitude is a little arrogant. He did nothing to help me,I ask for change another room,he said the hotel is fully booked,he lie,there are vacant room.The upstairs made sound,loudly and small,almost the whole night,he treat a woman thus,I think he is a coward. Breakfast is good for the price.

Dear Zhongyan, Thank you for the feedback. When you told us about the noise upstairs, we told you it has been the guests that were checking out at the time. It was a little noisy as they were a big group, but after they checked out the hotel was absolutely silent. By the way, we asked you the following morning if everything was ok, and you said that everything was fine, so now we are a little surprised to hear that you were uncomfortable with something. The hotel was in fact fully booked, and that is why we could not give you any other room. But again, the hotel was silent after the group checked out. We are sorry you had such an experience, but we did everything to make your stay as pleasant as it could be. Kind Regards, Administration

booring hotel with super people

I guess this is three stars.... in armenia, rather booring hotel but compensated by super (!) nice people, each and every one of them .

Harika bir otel

Konumu çok iyi,tüm merkezi noktalara yürüyüş mesafesinde.Kahvaltısı yeterli ve doyurucu.Personel güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.Oda her gün temizleniyor.Eski bir binanın içi yenilenmiş çok zevkli dekorasyon yapılmış.
