The location of the property was the only thing it has going for it. The beds don’t have a proper sheet on it and you can clearly see the dirty stained mattress. They give you an old dirty brown blanket and I don’t know who you have to bribe to get the hot water running. We begrudgingly stayed one night even though we had booked 3 and the next morning packed up and left. It’s an old, run down hotel that needs major upgrades and tlc.

Very bad hotel, bad breakfast, bad rooms
Publié le 10 mai 2018 sur HotelsNot a good hotel at all, not even close to 4 star, don't think would give it even a 3 or 2 star. Hotel rooms are okay but the doors and walls are not sound proof- all night we could listen to all the drama happening in the hotel. It was very disturbing and we had to get our room changed. Girls at the reception were sweet and comparatively helpful, however was rude when someone stopped us while we were just leaving the hotel to load our bags in the car, to say please pay first.
I asked for a massage service which was never available. Breakfast was the worst - no one to serve in the room, just had to eat whatever was kept and go, the toaster did not work too and the fried eggs were cold and left there since long.
Room was in a bad state, lights not working, electricity plugs not working. They had to do the maintenance while we were in the room.

フロの湯の出が悪く、しばらくはぬるい湯しかでなかったのが残念。フロントの対応はとても良かった。ロビーが禁煙でなかったのはガッカリでした。

Sie breiten immer eine gute Stimmung
Und haben sich sehr bemüht,( und geschafft ) Probleme zu lösen.
Contre : Die Reise ,die man über das Hotel gebucht hat, könnte nicht mit Der Kreditkarte bezahlen werden.
Emplacement : Zentrale
Das Team ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, bemüht sich Lösung zu finden, Idee und Empfehlung mitzuteilen.
Ich kam um 4:30 Uhr in das Hotel rein. Mein Zimmer war noch nicht fertig ( check in ist erst um 12:00 Uhr.) Trotzdem haben Sie mir ein Zimmer für 6 Stunde, um auszuruhen, organisieren.
Das frühstück war gut. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, fußläufig zu viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Hotel attendants were nice and kindly helpful doing whatever they can in order to please you . "nice people"
The executive room was big with good enough space .
breakfast had enough verity
toilets had water for Muslim people
AND there were just 3 main problems with the room
1- sometimes the shower water was getting to cold
2- the room was not "voice isolated"
3- the extra bed was out of work but when we wanted a new one to replace they changed it for us.
I also have to say the price was very good !
