Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HotelsConforme aux attentes et aux descriptions. Bon service mais il faudrait un peu plus d’anglophones dans l’équipe. Buffet du petit-déjeuner de qualité mais grosse affluence à partir de 8h30. Possibilité de transferts vers/depuis l’aéroport 24h/24. Un peu onéreux (en solo) mais pratique.

Publié le 28 janv. 2020 sur HotelsCela fait trois fois que je vais dans cet hôtel parce que le niveau de service était assez correct. Les conditions obt apparemment changé. La bouteille d'eau n'est plus gratuite dans un pays où nos estomacs ne sont pas habitués. Et le petit déjeuner est moins bon... Les fruits ne sont pas mûrs et la viennoiserie est sèche.

All staff member are great except the lady manager (lady in red :)
Because I’m doing implants, I need to east soft food, I came down with with an express soup asking for bowl and hot water. She told me to go to my room and use the kettle to prepare for myself.
I’m regular customer and I stay in Sep. 24 nights (3 bookings), but after such behavior and they way she spoke to me. I simply erase this hotel from my monthly visit to Yerevan. And I was lucky because I found much better hotel.
Thank you dear rude manage to send me to better hotel.
