A very good experience

very friendly staff, the professional approach by the staff and very well helped by the manager of the hotel. this problem should actually have been done by Expedia but did not do so, despite all communication Whit Expedia.

I was here for 8 days and it was OK. Front desk staff, especially Meri, were very good and helpful. The main issues I had are with the room (101), which looked a bit shabby - wear marks on the bed-frame, broken shower fitting, missing button on the a/c controller, no plug for the bath, toilet cistern not shutting off properly, kitchen table top damaged. When I arrived, the air-con was broken and I had to ask for ALL cutlery, crockery and cookware for the kitchen as there was nothing there. First impressions count and this was not a good start.
Having said all that, any requests I made were quickly and pleasantly dealt with, and having the extra space from a suite was nice.
It’s a good location- 5 minutes or so walk to the Cascade Complex, a mini-market, restaurants, airport bus-stop and the excellent Papaya pastry shop.
