Two main issues impeded my stay at the Royal Plaza by Stellar Hotels: the wifi and the bathroom. During my entire stay, the wifi was unreliable: there was only one area where the wifi would consistently connect and that was right next to the door - attempting to connect at the desk in the room or from my bed was near impossible as it would connect for a couple of minutes then lose signal.
As for the bathroom, a constant leak dripped from the ceiling. Luckily the drip went straight to the bathtub but it smelled horrible and when the hotel staff came to check on it, it still dripped despite their reassurance that the issue had been fixed.
Besides the negatives, the hotel was at a good central location in Yerevan. Nothing was too far away and fortunately, during my stay, there was a food festival happening right down the street.
Hotel staff was nice professional and helped with booking an additional day on top of my stay as well as helped me get a taxi to the airport when my stay was over.

Housekeepers are very important personal in the hotel...
Thanks to Shushan, my stay was great. Also the front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
I wish they had bigger bar area...

Nice hotel but no network connection
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsGood front staff and cleaning lady. Shame WiFi and network for TV didn’t work at all; despite being told someone would look at the issue asap. This never happened. Hotel maybe too embarrassed to admit they have this issue
