Hôtel moderne , un personnel très chaleureux et compétent . Proche du Kraton et de Malioboro l'hôtel est très bien situé . Une adresse à recommandée

Does not look anything like the photos. This place is old and rundown. There were young children running up and down the hall all night and the staff refused to do anything.

서비스는 양호하였지만 시설이 다소 불량하였고 특히 수건에서 냄새가 강하게 났고 소음문제가 심했음

LOVE THE MOLD. GREAT GUEST COMFORT AND CARE 👍

love the ambiance of the room, the mold on ceilings was beautiful, stains on wall were perfect contrast, to the hole in bathroom ceiling where water has staind the glss showerwall.. gives you good privacy.. the area in the room where one would guess ??? maybe chairs wree years ago really a beautiful spot. as a friend who is hotel manager in Berau Saud.. Khas malioboro like that? 😧😧 [2/11, 10:31 AM] Deddy: Sangat sangat tidak bagus.. [2/11, 10:32 AM] Deddy: No maintenance, no action plan.. no no noooo 😧 [2/11, 10:34 AM] Deddy: really ignores the comfort side of guests, there is no control and direction ... very terrible i show this to staff, nodded ans said yes they knew.. yep and as expected THEY DID not care. room 608 trying to post photos but app will not let me. i will post same, WITH PHOTOS.. ON TRIP ADVISOR. WHAT A DUMP.
