New Year’s Vacation

The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the items needed for cooking, bathing, etc. My only comment from people in our group was the WiFi was not strong enough to support all of our devices and some of the mattresses were not comfortable and should be replaced.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. After your stay, when you informed us about the wifi issues, we sent our tech guy to monitor the wifi over a few days. We already have Spectrum Business Ultra, which is not problematic in any of the other houses we manage. But, if there is anything that can be done to boost the signal, be sure we will do it. Most of the times, our guests don't have issues with the wifi.
As for some of the mattresses, you are the first to complain about them. We will go check them in person very soon. There are different firmness for different tastes, but if they need to be changed, we will. A good sleep is mandatory, especially on vacation.

Christmas by the Seaside
Publié le 30 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Pioneer gave us the perfect Christmas family reunion location. With people flying in from all over, Logan was a easy trip. The views, the walks, the game room for the kids, and the layout of the house were perfect. We were able to put all the kids upstairs with their parents and the adults were downstairs. The kitchen had everything - every size pot and pan, plenty of dishes and glasses, and supplies that you almost always forget to bring. We had a wonderful 7 days and would love to repeat the experience next year.

Family get away

We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen!! Everything you would think you’d need can be found in one of the cabinets.

On the beach
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our needs. The absolutely wonderful location, right on the beach and walking distance to shops, is ideal. The house was very clean and well organized, and we didn't lack for anything. .We did have difficulty with the wifi one day, but the owners responded right away and the issue was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay again!
ps I found it a bit irritating that we needed to strip the beds and start the towel laundry, especially given that we pay for cleaning services.

Spectacular Ocean View Vacation Home
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayAwesome location right across from the beach. Absolutely gorgeous home with tons of space! Full ocean views. Walk to shopping in Short Sands and Nubble Lighthouse. Long Sands is nearby. Convenient to many attractions. Five stars! Love it!

Wonderful Home
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed staying in this home, perfect location. Would highly recommend. On arrival we did find 4 unlocked windows. 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Just something to check. Also the folded extra blanket on the king size bed needed to be washed. There was some sort of stain on it.

A great escape from reality
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayStaying here was a wonderful experience! The kitchen was fully stocked so cooking was very convenient l!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the game room, the view, the proximity to the beach and downtown as well as dinners on the deck. We can’t wait to go back!!!

September Reunion
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the location. We were able to walk along Short Sand Beach to the town. We walked to the nubble Lighthouse, although it is on a busy road so others might choose to drive. We also walked to Long Sand Beach.
The kitchen was well stocked.
Because we were 6 units the house worked really well for our group.

“Simply the Best”
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis beach home has everything you need & then some! The accommodations matched up nicely with our multigenerational family. Bedrooms downstairs for the older folks and a game room for the young and young at heart! The location absolutely can’t be beat! We loved being just a few steps from the beach as well as the arcade, bowling, little shops, and of course ice cream! We also enjoyed listening to the band concerts from the comfort of the side deck. This home is the perfect place for making many fun Maine memories!
