Very smart accomodation, rooms very well presented with great decor. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Very friendly owners and a simple and effective check in and out. Nice location in Fulford, on the edge of York centre and plenty of good pubs and restaurants in short walking distance.

This property was lovely with all necessities included. Clean, quiet. Fiona the owner was very pleasant and there were candy bowls on every landing. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Fantastic b&b in a quiet location in Fulford. Perfect for a York break with easy access to town and also the designer outlet. Lovely room with nice facilities. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

I stay in London hotels a lot and I wish I could afford somewhere like this when I'm there because it would cost a fortune. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated throughout. Scrupulously clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Walking distance to York along the river. Fabulous.

We upgraded to the superior room as it had a fridge. Room has recently been renovated to an excellent standard. Ceiling fan was great as it was a hot weekend. Los of little nice touches you don't see at other places, walk into town is 20 mins direct on main rd or a leisurely 25/30 mins along river. Will definitely stay again
