WiFi screwed up the WiFi on my iPhone and iPad. There was no secured WiFi available. I couldn’t even schedule an Uber to go to another hotel.

The front desk staff was very nice. Upon arriving our room was clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of things to choose from. We stayed for a week and our room was only cleaned once. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and inquire why our room was not cleaned. I was assured it would be cleaned the next day. It was not cleaned until I complained. The tv channels were terrible.

Bad TV Service
While the hotel was nice, clean and service was good, be aware that the TV service is terrible. They only get 10 channels, none of the majors. We stopped here Sunday evening on the way back to NC and were anticipating watching the football game. Luckily I had my own Firestick with me and was able to hook it up and watch it.

Got up to no hot water in the shower. Maintenance then broke a pipe - soaking many of our things. They gave us quarters to use the clothes dryer. We had to move ourselves to another room only to find that the TV did not work. Won’t use them again. No comfort at the Comfort Inn.

Overall horrible experience at this property. Is there anyone managing it. Rodents. Tv connection issues. Internet Issues. Breakfast overcooked or undercooked. Hallways smell damp and smokey. Air quality is non existent. This place shockingly has a general manager and office manager and you wouldn't be able to tell base on the state of the hotel. A.c or Heat what is that here at this property. This place just remodeled and is steadily going down hill.

Nice, renovated hotel.
Very nice, renovated hotel. Right off of i83. Room was big. Nice breakfast buffet too. My only complaint was that there was no blow dryer in the room. I called and the front desk said they’d bring me one but, they never did. Overall, a nice place to stay.
