Staff were friendly. Pool is smaller than it looks on the photos but good fun. Wardrobe door was broken and fan legs looked broken but managed to fix them. Bed super comfy and breakfast was tasty. Shame you get charged for parking when staying there for the night, missed that in the small print!

All corners on bottom of jacuzzi were dirty with mounds of dirt in corners.
Water in main pool had white bits floating in the water!
Pool area tiles broken

Had a lovely stay here. Room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice of food. Swimming pool was great, and evening meal was available too. Would like to stay again

Friendly staff very helpful. Hotel clean would definitely stay again Breakfast very good plenty ofchoice.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel with my mum and daughter. Great room which was huge. Fantastic food especially the breakfast. All staff were friendly and professional. A real bonus having the spa and pool area. Bus ride into York was minutes so very convenient. Will definitely return.
