Hotels.com Price not honored

The room was very nice. However, I was annoyed that they did not honor the pre-paid Hotels.com price and charged me an additional amount at check-out. I had booked at Hotels.com and used One Key points. I asked the clerk why there was an additional fee and she said the amount charged to my credit card was not enough. I did not have time to look into how much had been charged or to ask for further explanation as it was 5:30 AM and our tour bus was leaving. We also did not have the breakfast since that did not start that early and they did not offer us a "to-go breakfast."

AC didnt work, TV was slow and barely worked, someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night, room had a funny smell.

I had a change in my business trip, I Requested they canceled my second night stay. The hotel manager told me to contact Expedia through the app and they would make arrangements to cancel the second night. I have yet to receive any confirmation on this
