Nice central location

Hotel is very central the staff very friendly and welcoming. We got a free room ungrade which was very nice. Breakfast was very nice plenty to choose from.

Liked the property, very handy location for everything we wanted to do during our trip. Complimentary breakfast had great options, hot and cold, the winner for our son was the waffle machine! Staff at reception could have been a bit more friendly but service was fine, staff at breakfast were lovely. Room was fine but a little cramped for 3 of us with limited storage for luggage/ belongings. Very clean though and beds were comfortable.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. So clean and fresh. Very central to all yorks attractions and shops. Only thing I would say is that we had not been informed that you need to prebook parking at the the q park shambles car park. As we thought they'd be able to validate our parking ticket but on check out we were informed that this was no longer possible so we had to pay full price which worked out pretty expensive without the discount. So just for others to take note of this and I think hotel.com should make you aware of this at time of booking.

Amazing free breakfast despite us being charged by Expedia for it so not free for us. Don’t have the breakfast add on. Hotel give all guests free breakfast so don’t get caught like we did. Gorgeous hotel and lovely quiet rooms.

Central modern Hotel, hard bed.

Hotel close to City centre and tourist attractions. Staff helpful and polite. Room clean, modern looking. Large shower.and large TV but apps on TV dont have strong enough internet to stream. Bed was hard and very low. Sofa area nice touch but not that comfortable. Englush breakfast choice limited.

Excellent hotel with spacious, clean, rooms. Great value for money, given that this is a 3-star hotel. They also have a gym, which is a plus. Breakfast was very good too!
