Disappointing

disappointing we are used to traveling in this type of hotel; We stayed several nights: here it was dirty, the cleaning was not done in the hall or hallway, each day(napkin in picture stay 2 days in same place in hall!!) ; work in the room next to the swimming pool with debris; you have to ask for towels for the pool or gym; mediocre breakfast; really disappointed , never again

A 10 min de l usine Harley et 30 min des outlets de lancaster. Personnel sympathique à l accueil. Tres bons cookies offerts à l accueil. Hotel recemment renové. Tres belle chambre. Piscine agreable. Resto Texasroad house à 2 km avec excellente viande.

The beds were the best and most comfortable. The only downside was the peeling wallpaper in the bedroom and bathroom ceiling needed some tending to for aesthetics reasons.

Elevator was not working and had to use the stairs. Walking is fine but staff also have to take the stairs when cleaning a lot of rooms and it's not fair for them. A second elevator for staff can make breakdowns like this better for them.

I won’t use this property again , the sofa bed was on a very bad condition to sleep, the mattress is to bad you can feel the spring on your back, also I make my reservation for 6 people and we find 3 towels in the unit only and no blankets for the sofa bed, I went to the reception to get blankets for the sofa and the lady tell me that they only have 1 extra blanket which's is unacceptable for a big hotel like this, the second night me and my wife slept in the floor the floor was better that the sofa bed😡.

Location was convenient. Phone in room didnt work. Bathroom sink was cracked, no stopper, counter chipped and extremely sharp. Advertised hot tub unavailable as was the fitness room.
