Très bien situé à courte distance de marche du centre de York. Chambre impeccable, très belle déco. Lit confortable , très propre. Petite déjeuner inclus très bon avec partie buffet et à la carte inclus . Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

This was a quick stop delivering my daughter to university. The only negative comment, and it is quite a minor one, is that we had a twin room which also happened to be accessible. The wet room, which of course would be essential for anyone who is physically disabled, was great, apart from the fact the tiling on the floor hadn't been done properly so water pooled on the floor. Not much of a problem for me and my daughter, but I can see it being a slip hazard for some.

Hotel was clean and convenient but a few annoying issues. When checking in I was informed the room was ready and was advised to park car first. When I returned to the hotel 5 minutes later, my room had been given to someone else so we had to wait for alternative room. Food in the restaurant was terrible - no wonder they made you pay before receiving the food!! Had an electrician enter the room to check electrics while we there - could have waited til room was vacated?
