Dirty sheets from previous customers
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment is lovely unfortunately it was not cleaned before us. The sheets had dark black hair and stains on them. Shower stall had long black hair in it. Fortunately we found clean sheets and had to change the bed after arriving. Other than being not clean the place was very nice and the manager was helpful.

This is very upsetting to hear. We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our apartment and I'm not at all sure about what happened but can only apologise for the situation. I'm terribly sorry that you struggled with the instructions for finding the apartment and for the fact that you were disappointed that the washing machine is unavailable for guest's use. We do not offer it as an amenity and we're sorry for any confusion.

Excellent Stay
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived on the Friday evening as we were were attending a family wedding on the Saturday. The apartment was gorgeous and the little welcoming touches (tea/coffee/milk/biscuits etc) provided by Sharon and David made it even more enjoyable. Everything to make our stay comfortable was provided.

Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe loft apartment was the perfect base for our weekend in York. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Really comfy beds, little touches from host were a lovely, great view across the city skyline. Highly recommend .

Short stay in York for family
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this property for 2 nights while visiting York as a stop over between wrapping up a week in Scotland and finishing our U.K. visit with 3 nights in London. The condo was centrally located and convenient to restaurants and an active street with an open air market and other fund activities. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in York.
