Hotel sur note. La chambre sent fort le desinfectant et est sale. Malgres le parquet le sol etait extremement sale sans compter les ongles coupe repartis un peu partout dans la chambre

NO HEAT, WASN'T OFFER ANOTHER ROOM. THE MANIAGER DID NOTHING WHEN THE NEW GIRL CALLED HIM. HE KEPT TOLD HER TO GAVE IT AN HALF HOUR (FOR THE HEAT TO COME ON). HOW MANY HALF HOURS FROM 4PM TO 8PM? AND THE ROCHES! THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS DIRTY. PULL TAB ON THE FLOOR AND SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE MICE .

last time we were there was 100 times better than this year. NO HEAT!!! it was 37 the next morning outside. the manager was never there. the room was very cold. we were told several times to gave the heat a half an hour to come on. well how many times are in 4 pm to 8:50 pm. AND THE ROACHES. WE KILLED TWO. if we saw then the day we checked in we would not have stayed, the next morning was when we killed 2.the woman was nice, but not helpful with the heat. the man the next morning was more concerned with his cell phone to even be at the desk, but stood in a doorway next to the office. the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned, you could see pull tab on the floor and something that looked like mice dropping. this is the second hotel 6 we have found that is not stay able. so needless to say we will not be staying in any hotel 6. and both have been in york Pa.

Worst room cleanliness in my entire life. Although claimed to be smoke free room, room was full of smoke stink, ashes everywhere on floor, vanity table, sink etc., Unswept floors. Linen doesn’t appear clean and fresh.

Nice place to get some sleep for a reasonable price. Room was clean and quiet
