Would have preferred no outdoor access to room. They offered to put us on the 2nd floor instead, but there was no elevator. Aside from that, we had a nice stay - the first floor room was clean and comfortable.

Poor service
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThere was nobody ever at the front desk when needed! It took me 30 mins to find someone to check in. And then another 20 mins to find someone to check out. Then our key cards didn’t work through the whole stay.

Amy, I would be curious what time you were looking for someone at the desk. I saw you yesterday walk by the desk! I have reviewed the cameras at the time you checked in and am not seeing the wait times. We do work very hard in the hotel industry and do our best to serve our customers. Thank you for sharing. I think you should updat and get an elvator

It was fine but we booked the hotel based on the fact that they had a hot tub and a pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool area was closed for renovations. Wish that we knew that before we booked.

We agree. We wish Expedia would let customers know as well. It is posted on the Choice website where all third parties pull from but are not communicating to their customers.

Bathroom shower needed better cleaning. Morning staff needs more complete training. Pool and hot tub were unavailable for maintenance and should have been listed like that on Expedia
