Not met expectations
Publié le 5 juin 2021 sur HotelsOur stay was ok, the hotel is in a very good location. Checkin was chaotic, no information given regarding the stay or COVID safety measures, people going about without mask -we excepted better from a Radisson hotel.
Bedroom was small but ok, would need to be better cleaned as we found dead insects, mould in shower and wall and carpet stained beside the bed.
In the Covid world one can expect better cleaning and guidance.

I went to reception to resolve and was given another room. When i entered it was already occupied and i was confronted by an angry naked gentleman.
When i finally got my room it was a "cosy" room which is code for cupboard. It smelt of sewerage in the bathroom.
When i complained they offered to refund me half. Absolute joke.
