Lovely.
Room was spacious, modern and clean (as was the communal area). Great shower. Excellent location and very friendly/helpful staff. Honestly the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in for many a moon.

We had a lovely over night stay in York. Staff was all really nice with us . We brought our buddy guide dog the room was perfect and clean . Great location to walk into York by the river . Looking forward to coming back again soon

Great family break
Fantastic dog friendly hotel/apartment. Plenty of room. Lovely kitchen and great seating and dining area in the room. Heated bathroom floor quite the surprise, need one at home. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Would happily go again.

Unfortunately, despite booking a grande family suite and detailing that I was travelling with my son, we arrived to only one bed being made up. After a long journey, this was far from ideal. I alerted the receptionist who then had to find bedding from another room. I then had to assist the receptionist to drag a sofa bed into position and following her telling me that she had other customers waiting for her, proceeded to make up the bed myself. The bathroom door lock wouldn’t work and the bathroom door handle was broken and hanging off.

Weekend away
weekend stay for family birthday celebration. Great location, 10/15 min walk into York centre. Nice touch with the croissants in a morning however, the coffee machine really needs fixing. Slightly overpriced.
