Loved Wayne the front door man ( not sure of title) …his charming smile and greetings added magic to our visit of York..what a lovely asset this man is.

Great hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Easy walk from the train station. We were welcomed by the door man upon our arrival. From desk was friendly and helpful. Concierge was always willing to help. The room was so large and beautiful, we almost didn't want to leave. When we did, it was an easy walk to all the sights.

Fantastiskt hotell med toppservice!

Fantastiskt hotell med centralt läge nära tågstationen och allt runt omkring. Otroligt bra service och bemötande av personal. Vi åt på deras fine-dining restaurang "Legacy" som var "top-notch". i klass med Michelin stjärna restaurang. Bra spa med pool, vanlig pool, steam-bastu och vanlig bastu. Jättegod frukost med möjlighet att kunna beställa in olika frukosträtter som Egg Benedict mm. Hotellet hade allt, det enda som jag kunde sakna var en frisörsalong i hotellet, eller en salong som de hade samarbete med för bokning av frisering.
