Banging on your door at 8am, nice besides that
It’s a very nice hotel, did not realize how big it was so the walk to the room was a bit long. Check out is at 11, but we were woken up at 8 to banging on the door from housekeeping, and then another person came back an hour later banging on the door again about housekeeping. Like they were trying to rush and kick us out earlier than their check out time. Besides that, the place is nice.

Hotel was great, the pool area is dangerous, i saw adults and chridren slip and fall. Staff did not want to give extra towels for the room.

Not bad for the weekend.
The hotel is nice but; the bed was too firm for us, I bring my own pillows but theirs were nice. The bathroom needs better lighting, a vent fan and new caulk around the shower pan, there was mold set in to the caulk. Otherwise the room was nice and the hotel offers a restaurant/bar for convenience.

Everything was cool. My only ding is being placed on the terrace side of the hotel this time. The room smelled of chlorine because of the pool and you can hear all the playing in the pool all day in the room. But the staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Limited menu for dinner, food was just ok. Band was entirely too loud for dinner. Breakfast left much to be desired. Dog pooh in hallway, nasty! Not the hotel's fault. Proprty is dated.

Looking forward to next year!
It was just an overnight stay but we did eat in the restaurant and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent! We are definitely going to book a stay with you when we return next November for the York Toy Show at the Fairgrounds!
