Dear Keith. I'm sorry to see from your score that you didn't have a positive stay with us. Looking back I don't think you raised any concerns with us at the time to justify this review which would have been the decent course of action. However, I do know you booked two rooms for the night of your stay, but on arrival only needed one. Understandably as with any hospitality business, and even more so as a charity with limited resources, we still had to charge you for both rooms as other guests would have been stopped from staying by you booking extra rooms. Hopefully we'll see you again, but you'll only book the accommodation you require.
