Beautiful location,cabin needs updated
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayCheck in was delayed due to cabin not ready . We had to wait for over one hour for the cabin to be cleaned before we could check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice with plenty of room. The cabin is in desperate need of a good deep cleaning, it was dirty. The furniture needs updating.The TV did not work. The maintenance people fixed the tv promptly after our call. This cabin has a lot of potential. It has been neglected for years. It could be a great cabin if it was fixed up. Beautiful location and very peaceful. We would not stay there again. I could not recommend anyone to stay there until they clean it up and fix it up. Thanks!

We apologize for the wait in regards to checking in. We do our best to ensure that each guest checks in on time, but sometimes that is not possible. We are sad to hear that you found the cabin to be "neglected." This cabin is one of our many "rustic" options, and although the owner has decorated it as such, the cabin itself is updated and far from neglected. We are sorry that you would not stay with us again. as we are more than willing to help you book a cabin that would be a better fit for you next time around. We have over 110 cabins in our inventory, so we believe that at least one of them would fit your needs. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance knowing this, and we hope that our resolution to this issue sufficed.

Very nice secluded cabin. Great family get together location. Would recomend, main office a little hard to find had to ask at store.

Family vacation in Yosemite

Just enough
Publié le 26 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis cabin fit 2 parents and 3 young adults comfortably. It is inside the park so you don’t have to wait in the long lines to get into Yosemite. It is an hour from the valley. It is a beautiful drive and it was nice to be away from the crowds. The neighbors are so friendly and the woman at the general store was so warm and helpful. There are hikes in the area; Chilnualna and the swinging bridge were a short car ride. We were able to get groceries in Oakhurst which is 30 minutes away.
Make sure to get everything you need at the store as the cabin only supplied a small amount of toilet paper and garbage bags. No condiments.

Beautiful, peaceful Yosemite getaway.

But if you are looking for a comfortable, well equipped cabin in beautiful surroundings this is perfect. Located inside Yosemite made it a breeze to get around the park and it enabled us to avoid the long lines to get in.
We had a wonderful time!

Very Comfortable!
