Great house near Giant Sequoia's

Our only issue was the check in process - we never received our check in information however the cleaning person was still there when we arrived and helped with everything. Otherwise this is a wonderful home, private, with many decks and a playground and playhouse for kids. Plenty of space for my family of 6. Lot's of movies to choose from for down time. Close to one of the only stores in Yosemite, close to the river for swimming on a hot day, not too far from Yosemite valley for all the big sites and close to Mariposa grove with the Sequoia's. We really enjoyed our stay and this house!

Clean, but very dated
Publié le 9 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayVery clean house, but quite dated. Location was nice and house was cleaned thoroughly upon arrival. There were not enough towels for our group- 5 towels for 7 people- not sure why. Also, there was no shampoo In bathrooms and the most unpleasant surprise was when we returned from a day of sightseeing to find a note taped on the dishwasher that it was broken- we left in the morning with a full dishwasher and came back the same way- with it full of dirty dishes. Overall, a decent house, but fell short of having the necessities provided.

Dear Joanne, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you couldn't find extra towels in the house. They were in the vanity drawers in the bathroom. Housekeeping always leaves plenty of towels in those drawers for guest use. We always encourage our guests to contact the management office in situations such as this one, as they are very helpful with all these issues. Their number is posted on a magnet on the refrigerator and written in the rental contract.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher needed a part when you were there. Please accept our apologies for that. It was quickly replaced and is fully functioning again.

Perfect place for family trip to Yosemite
