Publié le 15 avr. 2022 sur HotelsGreat stay in hotel apt with family. Newly renovated, shower in main bathroom was amazing. Very well equipped kitchen. Did not plan on using the dishwasher or washing machine/ tumble dryer, however they came in very handy when we decided to use the gym while the kids went to kids club and needed to wash our smelly workout gear! Lovely food in the restaurant. All staff very efficient and friendly that we came across, from front desk to maintenance man, to cleaning ladies. Delighted we have found this spot as we’ll definitely be back.

The pool for this facility is part of a separate health club. You have to call in advance to reserve a time directly with the health club. And it is not open 7am-10 pm. When we arrived at 6, we went to the health club and were told the last hotel guest booking was at 5 (check in isn't until 4). First one for the morning would have been 10. Kids were disappointed but we thought we could make it up to them by letting them play some arcade games in the game room. But the games all only take coins, and there wasn't a change machine available and neither the bar/restaurant or hotel staff could provide change. Then we thought we would let the kids watch a movie in the room, but the very old tv had one channel available, and when we hooked up our firestick with HDMI there was no sound. There was a washing machine in the unit, but it didn't dry. Overall, was a disappointing experience.

We are very disappointed to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay.
Our leisure centre is open from 7.00am to 10.00pm. Children’s hours are from 9.30am to 7.00pm to allow for adult swims and member times for the pool. The pre-booking system is to ensure that all families will have an opportunity for a swim time. Once there is availability of time-slot we are happy to accommodate swim bookings prior to check-in, and even after check-out
We have investigated and rectified the sound issue with the TV.
The games arcade is a seasonable amenity and would not facilitate a coin machine. We do try to accommodate as much as possible through our reception and bar.
When a washer dryer is not available, we do provide an extendable airer for guests to use.
We do hope that you did get the opportunity to welcome you back whereby you can fully enjoy your time with us.

Thank you for your feedback. My sincere apologies, that our efforts to resolve your accommodation requirement did not meet your satisfaction. Our team had done their utmost in acquiring an upgrade for you.
Unfortunately, when you attended our leisure facilities, it was reaching closing time so they would have been unable to facilitate a swim time. I do hope it did not mar your overall experience and that you had the opportunity to enjoy the local amenities.

Really enjoyed my stay here in this property. Very helpful & friendly staff. Food was very nice. Apartments were great.
