No where to stow luggage, no hooks in bathroom. Shower head no water pressure. Really loud shower/water noise from other units. Stayed 4 nights with 3 people 3 beds only one housekeeping clean, no bathroom clean, no beds made. Complimentary 4 water bottles and small milk decanted in reused bottle only on arrival not replenished daily told to go buy milk.

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your time here Paula. I feel I need to address each complaint separately. I understand you were upset that we didn't offer you unlimited milk for 3 of you to have your breakfast every day, the milk we offer upon arrival is to get you started for tea/coffee, there is Aldi directly across the road and a 24 hours service station next door for you to be able to purchase more milk for your breakfast.With regards to servicing your room I did mention upon check in, that we don't service the rooms everyday and if you needed anything you just needed to let me know. You arrived Thursday, we gave you fresh towels Friday, we serviced your room Saturday (vacuumed your floors, removed your rubbish, restock your cupboard and replaced your towels) we left you alone on Sunday to recover from the wedding and you left Monday morning. I'm not sure how you missed the hooks behind the bathroom door, but they are there along with the heated towel rails. This is the first time in nearly 7 years that anyone has mentioned that the water pressure wasn't great, people constantly tell us otherwise. We have just renovated all the bathrooms and no one has advised us of any water noise coming from the rooms next door. I understand that having 3 very large bags in a modest size motel room can be a bit tricky, unfortunately i cannot change the size of the room. Again i apologise for not meeting your expectations and we thank you for taking the time to express your feelings here.

Perfect for an overnight or a long stay..

We will rebook again on out next trip this way..

Friendly, well maintained (accepting it is an older property) and beautifully kept gardens made this a great choice. Very comfortable bed! We were comfy and warm on a cold winter night. Sensibly dog friendly too.
