Nice, clean, cozy little apartment/cabin property in a great location.

A few communication problems and somewhat dusty and kitchen needs more eating utensils, etc.
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI made a mistake in my reservation, and the communication around that got unnecessarily heated and confusing because I really had a hard time getting a word in. I really don’t like to be talked over. Good customer service practices include good listening.

As a successful host for over 25 years, Customer service has always been a top priority for me and I strive to exceeded all my guest expectations
Unfortunately, this guest broke house rules, one of which overstaying check out by three hours , When reminded of this responded rudely and unapologetically
I would not host these guests again, nor can I recommend to other hosts.

- one note. Almost all of the outlets were two-prong only so be aware of that when picking devices to take with you.
