Bon hôtel d'étape
Publié le 23 juin 2022 sur HotelsHôtel situé près de l'autoroute, idéal pour une nuit d'étape. Piscines mal entretenues et inutilisables en raison de la température de l'eau (glaciale).

Perfectly Fine
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk staff was super friendly and wonderful to deal with. My room was huge and clean. There was issues with mold gunk in the shower and the shower head needed a serious cleaning. The door lock latch was broken. The AC unit was very loud and unfortunately they were doing road construction outside. The ease of location and amazing staff will still make me stay here in the future. The pool looked great.

Easy access off of I5, rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast options at hotel were good, but seating was limited (appears a large seating section was closed, so we had to take our breakfast back to our room to eat).

We tried checking in early, but the witch behind the counter was really rude and unfriendly! We ended up staying somewhere else, and will NEVER stay at a Best Western again!

We have reviewed all the notes from your arrival yesterday as well as the witness accounts. We regret to inform you that we do not have the same recollection of the encounter that you are having. You were seen and heard cussing and being extremely rude to the attendant, demanding to check in to your room immediately, wanting her to bump someone else's reservation for a different room type so you could get checked in early. And that behavior is not tolerated in our establishment. We do hope you were able to find accommodations yesterday, and hope that you have a great day!
