Not an 8.6 rating
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe rented 2 rooms and ours was average, but our friends room had windows opened , which should have been our first suspicion that it was not an 8.6 rating...no where near it. Smelled bad which had an ozone generator in it which didn't take care of rhe smell. The bed, sheets , and blankets reeked. 8.6 was very misleading.

Easy location off I-5. We arrived late and had to ring a doorbell to check in but clerk was pleasant. Room was large with a mini fridge and a sitting area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but area was clean and quiet and enough to get us going. Will stay here again if in the area.

Clean and convenient although the pool was closed for the season.

We had a problem with our TV. Guy from office came right down and helped us with it. Also thought I was getting a pet friendly room but wasn't on my reservation. We did get a pet friendly room though. Expedia should have that option on the reservation. Overall loved the room!
