don't stay here if filth and smoke bothers you!

The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.

This hotel has businesses operating out of rooms. Doors are open so you can see computers- shelves with clothing inventory. There were office arguments going on early in the morning. We were given the wrong room key so we barged into an elderly woman's room -- and her three dogs came charging at us.

First room they tried to put me in was full of bugs, stains and burnt furniture, even though it was a non smoking room. The next room they tried to put me in was already being occupied. The third and final room was cleaner than the first room but still had bugs on the bath towels. It was so bad when I asked for a refund they couldn’t give me one because it was purchased through hotels.com

Filthy- Don't Waste your time

Absolutely disgusting, filthy dirty, dead and live flies all over the room. Hair on the floor. Terrible check in service. Don't waste your time here. We check out ASAP. Had to hunt down the front desk person.

Friendly clean resourceful Respectful speedy my daughter loves it here Nd my husband and I come here Everytime we are in the area

The staff is helpful and friendly. I upgraded to a "Suite" for $50 more & that was disappointing. The floors were grimy looking. They have a light colored couch that is dirty as well. Mismatched furniture. The chair that went to the desk was outside next to a garbage can that by the way was directly outside our door. The room just seemed big & empty. No spa

I wish you had of let us know that you were having these issues we would have gladly done what we needed to so that you had a very nice stay.
