We did not stay the entire tim The hotel did not feel safe and I would not recommend it to families. There were people up at all hours of the night coming and going from the hotel and it was very noisy. The beds were very uncomfortable.

The bed was not comfortable limited channels on tv

We're sorry you were disappointed by this time with your stay. We are sorry for the limited channels, it was due to the fact that we had changed the roof and put totally new roof and the dish might have been dislocated due to that. we are again sorry for that .

The receptionist was very nice and the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Staff are so rude without consideration for the guests. They opened my door in the middle of the day when I was sleeping. They don’t return lost and found items. Highly discouraged by the way they treated people.

I was there for 2 days and I got eaten by Bed bugs all over my body end up at ER to get treated This place is dirty and full of fleas and bed bugs Is not even worth for the price you payed

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We have not heard of any other complaint of bed bug issue at our property. We get the pest control done regularly & it is twice a month. We are trying our best to keep our property neat and clean.
