Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the Dawn Ave property 11 weeks and every day was very enjoyable. The property is very clean and comfortable. The location was very good. The yard at the property is very beautiful and relaxing. We walked around the neighborhood nearly every day. During our stay we made a few day trips around the area also. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody staying in the Yuma Foothills area. I would rate this property an 11 out of 10.

Yuma short stay
Publié le 16 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were looking for a home away from home for a couple of days in a particular neighbourhood. This house far surpassed our expectations. Clean, close to our friend's winter home, in a nearby Yuma community, close to grocery stores and other services we needed for our stay, it was a real gem. Most notable was the well equipped kitchen, convenient laundry room, cozy furnishings and a comfy bed with ensuite bathroom more than satisfied our needs. During the morning, watching the sun come up over the mountains, while enjoying our morning coffee and tea seated on the well appointed patio area, while listening to the birds made for a peaceful start to our days, as well. Thank you for allowing us to briefly use your wonderful space.

Nice clean and quiet

Perfect for us!

This home was absolutely perfect, and the pictures on the website don’t reflect the cleanliness or the beautiful backyard/patio. The size of the 2nd bedroom was appreciated, as my Sister had to do some remote work. Would definitely stay again!
