This property was scummy, the cold water didn’t work…which is crazy! And other people said their room was the same way. Never stay here, it should be condemned. The empty pool in the middle of the property should be a dead give away.

One of the worst experiences ever

Do not stay here! The first room had hot air coming out of the AC so we switched rooms after the front desk came in and felt the hot air. But the next room was still so hot we had to wet our clothes &we had a baby with us! I wanted a cold shower for me & the baby but that was not possible & the water was so hot it would've burned your skin. The pool was bone dry, the beds had dirt all over the comforter & the towels had black dirt all over them. There was no ice machine, just a tiny bag of ice from the front that clearly came out of a refrigerator ice maker of their own. We were sweating from head to toe after 2 hours so I asked the front if I could get my money back cuz we had to go to another hotel. She said yes so we left and got a room elsewhere with everything you'd expect and need from a hotel room. Then I was told by hotels.com that the woman who said she would refund me wanted to charge me $25 for cleaning even though we were there less than 2 hours and only moved the comforters a bit because it was too dirty to sit on them and way too hot. So I called her, she was very rude, argued with me for a while & blamed the AZ weather. But I finally got her to stick to her word & refund my money for the 2 awful hours that we sat in front of the AC with no change in comfort. This really was upsetting after driving for 8 hours and wanting to just relax for a bit. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better hotel. It's not worth saving 20 bucks or so a night to be miserable.
