温泉施設なので、風呂場の目地のカビなどは仕方ないかなと思います。あとは傷が付いていたらするのも数年前に建てたので仕方ないかと思います。少し補修してもらえると良いのかと思います。

The lobby area and general service is shared by the Four Seasons area and is 3.5 star. The maisonette room we stayed in was 5 star as a facility and the service we received attaching to the room was also 5 star. Our rate included "half board" which means breakfast and dinner and we had our personal butler to serve and cook both meals which was to a very high standard.

Close to echigo station

There wasnt options to go have a meal at and the area is quite limited so you will end up visiting the station for your eating needs

Spend one night with dinner and breakfast included. The meals are superb! A bit expansive but with the meals provided and the private onsen(hot spring) tub in u r own room. I think it is worth it.

Emplacement : 5 minutes walk from the Echigo-Yuzawa station which has 5 to 6 restaurants that you can choose from or have fun in the souvenir shopping there
Love the private onsen in this two-story maisonette, perfect after a ski/snowboarding day or just to unwind and relax.
Very nice decor and well equipped with all the necessities.
