Chambre propre mais insuffisamment aérée qui sentait le "renfermé" à notre arrivée. Lavabo à l'extérieur de la salle de bain. Déçu par ce Best Western

Chambre ne correspondant pas a la réservation

Nous avions réserve une chambre avec deux queen beds, nous avons eu une chambre avec un queen bed et un canapé lit. Pour toute explication juste un problème de surbooking. A consenti à une ristourne de 10 dollars sur le prix initial.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY! The female manager was amazing this weekend and assisted in making my stay the very best!! I will definitely stay here again!

I didn’t have a stay. I called Best Western Saturday morning and they told me my reservation had been cancelled. She couldn’t tell me the name of the person that cancelled the reservation. I was the person that made the reservation, so It would be nice to know who cancelled it. There was nobody I know who would have cancelled because nobody knew I was going. I left a message for the Manager with all the information and the cancellation number. Never heard back from the manager. I wasn’t about to drive six hours through terrible weather during a holiday weekend not to have a hotel room. My children and grandchildren live in Zachary and Best Western has always been where we stayed. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed!!! The cancellation number the lady at the desk gave me was 57302228723. I booked the room August 10th. I hope somebody didn’t give the room to someone else.

Clean room, friendly staff, our room had a jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay here again.
