Needed a queen bed for a reason and room was equipped with two full size beds. When checking in the receptionist said your two full size beds are ready and I promptly stated you mean the queen size I ordered and the receptionist lied and said “yes the queen size beds are ready.” Customer service for hotel reached out to me via text same night and asked about my stay and they said they would let me know immediately and I’m going on my 2nd night without a response. The TV has a large blinking line on it, water heater is weak for bathing, and tiles missing from wall and floor

The hotel is just off the main drag but the surrounding make it look like it is in the low part of town
