Located in a calm area, the villa has outdoor pool

The Villa is located in Diklo district, 10-15 min away by car from the old town, which enabled us to enjoy the tranquil yet beautiful neighbourhood. Ivana's recommendations for restaurants were excellent and she was very helpful even if I had a urgent request. What's best about the villa is the outdoor pool which is open until 9pm so don't miss it! Highly recommend this place for your lovely stay.

Piscine riducule ( image de propagande tronquée ) Tres peu de vaisselle , impossible de cuisiner quoique ce soit . Lumiére de ´ veilleuse ´ dans salle de bain . Literie épouvantable avec couverture d un autre remps .. Appartement avec fenêtres sur piscine ..je plains les locataires en été ..

Dear Anonymous! You could put Your full name when You were leaving this review, but anyway I know who left this review.... I thing that review is not correct or fair because people that left this review were angry because they made a mistake. They made a double reservation in Zadar for the same date, and wanted in a first place not to show here,and leave us waiting for them the whole day, and they were thinking not to show here at all, because other reservation was already charged by Expedia and this one was Hotel collect.Unfortunately they showed here instead to other place where reservation was already charge, and they were very unpleasend surpriced by the fact they came to"wrong "place, and that they need to pay for the reservation! We are really not guilty for their mistake,and making double reservation is really not fair or correctly to the places You book, because someone need to wait for You the whole day and lost the time and the money.... Also the things that lady is saying are not true.This apartment has the most dishes. Beds, bed-liners and the covers are new. Pool is exactly like in the pictures. People usually choose this apartment when they are coming with a children because the pool is close, but You can also book other apartments if You do not like ground floor.Also we care a lot that all the guests are happy, and that there is no problems or noise around a pool. So I am sorry that the guests left this review which is not true, because review was reflected by the mistake they made, not by really situation. Ivana Gravic- Villa Gravic

Nice and confortable place

Sejour de 4 jours agreables. Location a prix raisonnable dans un environnement calme et sympathie. Ideal pour un sejour en famille

Excellent endroit pour se reposer

Pour : Proximité de la plage et du supermarché
Contre : un jacuzi ;)
Emplacement : prendre le bus 8 pour aller en centre ville en 10 mn
ambiance familiale pour ce petit hôtel de quelques appartements. Les propriétaires sont vraiment à votre écoute pour un excellent service. je recommande et y reviendrai.

Tres bel hotel

Tres bel hotel et tres bon accueil. proche de la plage, mais aussi avec une petite piscine tres propre et chaude
