Incredibly helpful and kind crew
Publié le 19 oct. 2021 sur HotelsThe stay was great. I eat only gluten-free food due to Celiac disease, and the crew was very kind and helpful. They made sure I have everything I need, and took it very seriously. They also helped us plan our trip and provided a lot of information. The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, and it's location is excellent, making it very easy to travel in the area.

We ordered a Junior suite. The room is a great fit for a couple, but we were with a 13-year-old girl and the room was not fit for that. There is no real separated shower room. It is practically in the room with a glass door and as such was not practical for us. In that respect I think the description of the Junior suite is misleading.
Other than that the hotel is fabulous.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming especially Dimtria that took care of everything we needed. Very good breakfast. Most recommended if you are looking for place to relax and enjoy the mountains air and village atmosphere
