Dear Mohammed,
thank you for taking a time to write a review. According to the low score you gave, we suppose that you were not satisfied with accomodation. We are very sorry to hear that but since you didn’t write any comments we don’t know what exactly didn’t meet your expetations.
We have to tell you that we were asking about your arrival time 2 times, by e-mail ( to the address you had left) and by WhatsApp ( we noticed that you read it) but you didn't answer. This is not a hotel and unfortunately we do not have 24 hours reception, therefore we always ask our guests about approximate arrival time.
Besides, our daughter Iva didn’t tell you that we upgraded you and move to apartment up to 4 persons on the ground floor (we suppose this helped a lot to a person of you, who has a problem with her legs and walking) instead apartment up to 3 persons on 1st floor which you had booked at lower price.
If there is something else, what you had expected more, please let us know. We are aware we can’t do anything more for you but it may be maybe useful to our next guests. Thanks and all the best,

You can’t find better place to stay, everything is close at hand and owners are very kind and want to help you at every opportunity

Stayed here for one week with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Would stay here above anywhere in Zagreb. Great kitchen to make some meals. Amazing location. Close to the square and many restaurants. Ivana was amazing with communication.
