Would like to forget

It all started wrong as I have reserved the room with breakfast through the hotels.com app, but when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that breakfast was not included. After chatting with Kathrine from Hotels.com app it was just confirmed to me that this is the hotel policy. Strangely though when I asked whether I did choose breakfast option I did not get an answer. Just got that this is the hotel’s policy. Further to that my room had an issue in the bathroom where the ceiling was dripping water, after the technician came to see, he informed me that the next day we were going to change room. The hotel never informed us, we were in the room until 11am, no one called or visited. We went out in the city and when we came back our key was disabled because “you were changed room why did you not come to reception?” Overall it is unfortunate on how hotels.com handled my reservation.

The hotel is average. The frustrating part was being there for two nights - two rooms - one room was fine but the other one had a broken AC the whole time we were there. Tried calling to have it fixed - had someone come see it twice. The very last time it turned off completely and we slept in complete heat. Hotel just said sorry about it and nothing else. No option to switch rooms - nothing. Wouldn’t recommend coming back!
