Sadly left Sheraton with a dull and impersonal hotel experience. Poor service, very dirty and smelly spa facilities. In house restaurant was also a sad experience with cold food, waiters that left the restaurant before we had finished eating and no attention whatsoever.

Very nice hotel located in a good area. Housekeeping was good and room clean. Breakfast generally good selection of items catering for all sorts. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. About 15 minute walk into centre and 5 minutes to the train station. One thing that was disappointing was I emailed the hotel a few days before I arrived to ask them to arrange a taxi from airport and no one responded.

We loved this hotel, great area, staff excellent. Although we couldn’t find any prices online for the restaurant, which would normally be a deterrent, we chanced it and it was great food, reasonably priced with an Italian flair.

Nice Hotel
Lovely hotel, helpful staff, nice breakfast. They lose a star however. The day before we left I received an email from the Sheraton saying we could continue to use the Wellness centre after check out and my son was looking forward to a swim. When we checked out I tried to confirm this was ok with the lady on reception. She asked a supervisor before saying no..we couldn't use the facilities...resulting in an unhappy boy.

Not much to do in the city itself. Staff was very helpful unfortunately the room needs some maintenance. It was raining so our “things to do” became limited. No fault to the hotel. Pool was great
